Default Gas in oil

I have a 2003 Yamaha Warrior that seems to be growing oil. The only symptoms that started at about the same time is it will occasionally idle low. Also, it will miss when you quickly let off of the throttle (only does it 1-2 times per ride).

One person told me it could be from the carb. Does the carb just need to be cleaned, or parts need to be adjusted/changed?

Another question: I barely have to move the clutch lever to engage it. Does the clutch cable need to be replaced from being stretched or do I need a new clutch?

Thanks

gas in oil usually comes from being real rich. check your plug to see if its wet with fuel or real black. the floats may be stuck also. check all the vent lines from the carb and make sure none are clogged or kinked. a stretched clutch cable would make you have to pull it in even more to disengage the clutch. sounds like it just needs some adjustment. if you aren't sure, then a new cable is only around $15. better to be safe than sorry.

The plug is black. It has stock air filter, jet, and exhaust.

change your oil and put in a new plug. make sure the air/fuel screw is set right. should be around 2 to 2 1/2 turns out. like I said before, check all the vent lines also. let me know how that works for ya.
