Hello Everyone i have a 1985 trx 250 and want to know if the engine parts off a late 80's 250x would fit like the Cam,Piston & That Crap

and also is there a way to increase top speed any (shaft Driven) without changing tires i dont think there is but i just thought i would ask the the smart peaple here.Thanks in Advance

 

A lot of the parts are interchangeable depending on which ones--I keep the same year and model atv as a second/spare for when my daughters want to play, plus let my nephews ride it. Over the years I have used a lot parts on it off of the old Big Red 3 wheelers Honda used to make, I found a lot of the parts interchangeable. The atv is 23 yrs old and runs like a fine watch and for a 4x2 it goes places I never would of even thought possible. They have to be one of the most dependable atv's ever made-A great little machine right the way it is, I wouldn't start messing with it for speed unless you want to give up the dependability that they are known for. jmo
