KYMCO RECALLS ATVS DUE TO SUSPENSION FAILURE.
I guess this would be the place to post this. "Hazard: The pivot bolts holding the rear suspension onto the frame can become loose, causing the rear swing arm to detach from the chassis posing a risk of injury or death to the operator." http://www.atvmag.com/article.asp?nid=942

I can see where having the swingarm come off might just be a wee bit of a problem.
