Anyone know of any detailed info on changing the fluids on a sportsman 450 07?

if you have your manual that came w/ the bike it will tell you step by step how to do it. if not let us know and we'll post some info. welcome to the forum.

just make sure you do it right because if you don't prime the oil pump like it says you may fry your motor.

you hav to prime the transmission too? I primed the engine oil pump when I changed it...(wasted a good amount of oil)....

You shouldn't lose any oil in the process.

Do a search of the Polaris forums for "oil pump prime" and you should find lots of information on this.

And you don't have to prime the transmission, as there isn't a pump in there.
