so here i am in the middle of a long debate with myself. i cant pick between the 450 or the 700. i love riding a manuel but i want something that has alot of power. i get bored really fast when i can constantly reach my top rpms going down trails. which one should i buy???

You are comparing apples to oranges. Both are great quads. You really need to tell us alittle more about your experience level and what type of riding you are going to do for us to be able to answer your question better.

I've been on both a 700r plenty and I own a 700xx.
You mentions "trails" in your post so I assume you do a lot of trail riding. For trails I would go with the 700xx.
For some trails and more dunes I would go with a 700r.
Both machines have gobbs of power, but the 700xx will have better clearance and a more comfortable ride.
With that said, I AM NOT bashing anyone elses ride. The KFX is also very fast and powerful, but is heavier and has the solid rear axle. (BUT, if you don't like to shift than this one mya be for you)
I also have not been on a V-Force, so I can't tell you how it feels and rides. I have been on both the 700xx and the 700r though.

Also, if you're looking for used you can pick up a v-forse for a LOT less than a 700r. (in most cases) If you want a used 700xx good luck.

I have limited seat time on a basically stock KFX700. They are cool and straight line fast, but it handles like a utility. Stock v stock I would put my money on the 450. Actually, I have dragged a few 700's with my YFZ, unless the 700 has some work done, my 450 walks away from them and only has an exhaust. If you truely have any inclination to race anything other than drags, get a 450. 450's rule the xc scene, and you would have to be practically insane to build up a Kawie 700 for mx.

i love my kfx 700 is really comfortable in the trail and has a **** load of power but dont plan on it being a race machines it will do jumps nicely but not as well as like the 450r thats more of a race machine and also the kfx700 dosent feel like much of a tank at all
