Default clutch kits

ive been online shopping for a clutch kit for my 04 500 auto.there are so many kinds.www.bikeman performance.com has one that comes with starter springs ,rollers,secondary spring and gasket.cost $179.00.speedwerks has one with just the rollers and the secondary spring.cost $125.00.along with many other sites and different types of kits.witch one do i get whats the differce?any info would be great.

Not sure, but i think the gearing ratio is going to be one of the differences. Highlifter also has some pretty good clutch kits from what i have heard. Is the clutch what is causing your problem?

why do all these clutch kits have different conponets in everyone i find?????whats the difference?when buying one of these what would be right for my cat?????

First what are you wanting the clutch for? What do you want it to do? Then study and decide which one fits your demands.

Some kits will have replacement parts for yours, some will have all components to change the clutch ratio, some will have stiffer springs for harder engagement. Each kit should tell you what it includes. Which ever kit you decide to go with make sure you get a clutch cover gasket if it doesn't include one.

no but i do have 26 mudlites on it.and from what everyone is sayin ,ill get the power back if i get one.ya know...

yeah the fan kicked on.everything seems to be alot better.do you think the bearing being dry could of gave me all these problems????i mean ive got the speed back,no noise......
