Does anybody know, I have a Sportsman 500 H.O, and I changed the EBS for without EBS ( Standard clutch). Which setup can I use for best performance. I spoke with EPI last week ago and they haven't still setup for this configuration.

Someboby can I help me !

Thanks

I think the congifuration of the non EBS is geared a little lower and would be quicker out of the hole. I put EBS on my old 500 Xplorer and thought it was a smigen slower on acceleration.
Guess you would have to do a test with to comparable machines to really get the differences.

Exactly what are you looking for? We have changed our EBS equipped over to and non-ebs with a roller and other changes on our "original" 500HO. There are lots of things you can do. The gearing is the same on both.

EPI would be one of the last places I would consider for this setup. They are still in the stone age. I have two of their kits sitting here that will do absolutely nothing for your atv except help it engage sooner.

Default Clutch kit for without EBS on Sportsman 500 H.O.

i have an outlaw clutch kit in mine for a sportsman 400. i have a 500 but i switched all of it over from the 400 when i sold it. go to highlifter for that. i can definitely feel that the clutch is grabbing harder on the belt because it is setup for massive tires. it is the best.
