any secrets to belt change on Tboss?

Usually the easiest way is to take the center bolt from the rear pulley, slide it off the shaft, put in the new belt (so you can read the writing on it while facing the quad - lots of these belts are directional that way), and replace the pulley after greasing the splines. Don't lose any shims that may be behind the pulley.
If the pulley doesn't come off the shaft, you can still get the belt off by opening up the rear pulley enough to let the belt slip over the front pulley. You will have to twist one half of the pulley against the other (spring -loaded) before they will seperate enough to get the belt off.
As for another belt, any auto parts store that handles Goodyear belts can order one.

Try pulling up a little on the front part of the the belt housing if you hear a rapping noise the front pully/clutch is hitting the housing. This may be what you are hearing when you back off the gas, It is caused by vibration. My polaris was idled too low and would make this noise I idled it up a tad and doing fine.I also think there is a way to adjust the cover plate but I am not sure how. Any way this might save you some trouble because my belt looked like new. Good Luck
