Default honda 200x

It wont start. It is getting a spark. I put gas in the cylinder and still nothing. I think its the timing but i have no clue how to time it. I took the pulse generator off and found the markings for that. Lined them all up with each other. BUt I need to know if i have to set the magnetic flywheel a special way. It has a white dot on it. Is that the marking i need to know. Also if there is anything else i nned to know on how to time it.
Please and thank You.

Well i found the problem. I finally pulled the engine and took the head off. I had my exhaust valve broke off and put a hole in my piston.

I am glad that you found the problem. Have you ordered the parts you need?
