Rear axle stripped beyond a quick tap fix its a durablue now what?

I have a 2000 warrior i bought it the kid had washers and a cotter pin holding on the rear wheel spindle its got a durablue racing axle i tried tapping and putting on a new axle nut but it didnt hold up can this axle be repaired jb weld it? any ideas/

Replace the axle.

Does the Durablue have a lifetime guarentee? Any way I would think that a new axle would be the only way to go.

any mach shop worth their weight should be able to weld,turn ,rethread that axle, for dump trucks they have a mobile unit that can do it on the side of the road what I dont know is how much that axle cost, or if you want any a wider stance, time for some phone calls
