Default Brute Force 650 vs. Brute Force 750

New here..have a question. We currently own a Prairie 360 and a Brute Force 650. We are looking to buy another ATV and can't decide between another 650 (which we love and have had no problems with) or a 750. We mostly ride in the mountains on our own land or on the beach. Any opinions comparing the two machines?

Yeah, there's not much of a difference. The 750 has more power and fuel injection, if you buy new. The fuel injection would really help, especially with elevation changes. The fuel injection will also use less fuel saving you money in the end and it gives the ATV a few more HP and better throttle response. Personally, I think the EFI (Electronic Fuel Injection) is worth buying the 750. On top of that, it's always nice to have that extra lump of power!!

The FI 750 is considerably stronger than the 650s. The 650 has all the usable power that you will probably ever need. However I 'm a hp junky so of course I like the 750s.

My co-worker has a 650 - 2008 and I got the 750 -2008. I have to agree with others here that there is more power on the 750 but where the important upgrade is the EFI (Fuel Injection). I think as this becomes a standard for all new Quads that if you dont get it then the resale value down the road will be effected. I dont know about the comment about the fuel savings. I went on a 40 mile ride and I had to put in almost 1 more gallon then my buddies Polaris 700. Of course we couldn't lay off the throttle to show off the Brute Force 750 engine.

I paid $7000.00 for mine and it was worth it.

Are you comparing the 650sra or 650i? Big difference there. But between the 650i & 750i, 750i has more power, fuel injection, front fender storage box, softer seat foam, different shock settings, aluminum footpegs, probably a few other minor things I can't think of offhand.

the 750 carbed has 2 more HP. than the 750 injected. according to Kawaski. I think the injected would still be well worth it.
I really like my 06 750

Maybe I'm confused lol. I thought it was a decently known fact that the 650i's were quicker and faster. It is more of a matter of torque, "no replacement for displacement", I actually have Atv Source video where they discuss their 650i which is the same color and setup as my 06 650i, repeatedly smoking their endurance racing 750 brute. Of course hook 500lbs up behind the two and the 750 will ease on to the win. But, I have first hand real life experience with the two and alot of it, and usually no matter whether its a rolling start, standing start, mid-speed from 20mph take-off, my 650i wins acceleration and on topend. Just my thoughts as I would like to see a real comparison with the new FI 750 to my 650i in those terms. BUT, the FI 750 is tremendously improved and I would love to have one for the pretty much same power, with more comfort. Later Guys.

Quick question off the start? Is the 650 engine "dialed Down" the same as in the 750? like is the cdi/computer letting all the ponies out of the 650? Cause the 750 is 2x the quad when you up a new cdi on.. can that be done to the 650 as well? In any case few mods to a 750 and a 650 shouldnt be close. It is true - no replacement for displacement. Great buy either way though. I would take either one. But I prefer bigger.
