My Hibird video
#1
Hello everyone, I am a new member but I have been here before to get info especially on the HIBIRD. I got mixed experience from everyone but took the chance anyways. I bought two 250 from anamcycles back in May 08. Just like everyone else I had my share of loose bolts and small problems but they run and perform great for me I am a beginer in the ATV world. I mainly communicated with anamcycles through e-mail on any problems that I had and they would respond daily so that was cool. Now I have to let everyone know berore I could put a little thread lock on everything the metering screw vibrated out and it took them about a month to get me another one I was very upset because the wife could not go with me. I finaly got it and we are back in business. This url is for my video on you tube, remember I am a beginer enjoy

milomon - nice video.
You really need to stop the rear fenders from 'flapping in the breeze'. Get some 1/8" x 1" flat bar stock, about 16" to 18" long, drill a 5/16" hole about 5/8" from one end, bend the end about 75 degrees about 1-1/4" from the end; then drill the other end with a 1/4" bit about 3/4" from the other end and bend about 15 degrees about 1-1/4" from the end also. Attach the 5/16" end to the rear mounting bolt of the 'rear hand bar' and the 1/4" end to the outer rear fender near the edges with 1/4" bolts and fender washers.
This should 'stabilize' the plastic fenders. Good luck with your new quad !!!
