I was wondering if any of you have seen the new 09 raptor and what you thought of it.

I like the way the SE looks and I am thinking about getting one to upgrade from my old 250 and let the wife have the wolvy all to herself.

 

Yea i've seen the '09 Raptor and the SE's look amazing. They have the same look to it as the previous years but who can argue with the looks of it. The only diffference is new shocks. These shocks have all the adjustments and are amazing. If you have the money, this machine is definetly atop my list.

 

I am pretty sure if I am able to get one when they come out I will have the first SE off the truck here in Harrison AR. And knowing me Ill have many mods following up on it lol

 

I personally like the looks/grill of the 08 vs 09 a digital speedo is a nice touch but not worth the extra $ over the 08. The shocks are moved out farther on the a arm for better handeling [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-confused.gif[/img] but they both have the same adjustments (compression/rebound) on them! Overall nice machine but I prefer the 08 better!

The 09's are awesome looking - and I think the gauge is a great addition! I have yet to ride one, but if it's an improvement over the 08's (which felt great!) then I don't know why you WOULDN'T get an 09!

 

very awesome bike, im looking at the 09 SE myself since my warrior was stolen, i planned on buying a motorcycle but my son who was just born 07/28/08 said "daddy dont buy a bike and get killed by someone who doesnt understand YEILD!" So with that in mind im going for another quad and the raptor seems to fit the bill since i liked the way my 20 year old warrior felt im sure the raptor will have me crying tears of JOY.

 

If you were happy with your Warrior, you won't even know what to do with yourself on the Raptor! LOL!!! Like night and day!!!

 

tell me about it! the tears are already welling up in my head thinking of the fuel injected monster in red and black!
