I have a honda1998 trx300ex i have FMF pipes,Jet Kit,K&N Airfilter but i'm still needing some speed. where i am wanting to race at doesn't have quad classes. so i need to know what i can do to ATLEAST keep up with a 400 preferably a 450.

I hate to say it, but if you want to keep up with a 450 you will either need to ride on really tight trails, or join the club. The 300EX just starts out with to much of a technological and displacement disadvantage to be a contender.

I have a ported head with oversized valves and a Web Cam that I don't use any more. If you had these parts and a higher compression piston, you could pass piped 400ex's. If you want to have a faster quad then that, you need a faster quad.

Check out Ritter Cycle Racing (RCR).
The offerings are atleast interesting.
My buddy has a ProCircuit pipe and a 13 tooth front sprocket.
His is pretty ballzy, especially for the age....
Don't know what kind of top speeds you need to pull though.
