How well do the electronic speedometers hold up over say a five year period? Has anyone found that they do not last very long or are they durable?

 

My bike is 10 years old and the only trouble I had with mine is that I flipped the bike upside down (stood it on its back bumper and it kept on going) which crushed the display. Other then that it was trouble free. Every now and then it would fog up a little on the inside, but it never caused any problems.

 

I think if it doesn't get smashed or submerged, you could expect it to likely last the life of the machine.
