Can the ball joints be replaced on the control "A" Arms ?

I see they are sold as an assembly with the new arm at the dealership.

If they can be replaced without buyibg new arms where to get them and how to remove the old ones. ( besides cutting them out)

arent those joints riveted in?

 

well i have not really looked at that yet , but i would have to think you can replace the old ones , as they probaly have been pressed in , and you should be able to press them out , if you have not got a press , a woodsplitter and 1/4" walled pipe works wonders.

if they are riveted in , just drill out the rivets and install new ones.
