the wheels i like are ITP ss108's

my questions are:

#1 Should i stick with the 12x7's or step up to the 14x7's

#2 What tires, the 2ply stock ones just don't hold up well dont really need anything too aggressive as this is a 2wd and doesn't see much deep mud mostly trail riding

thanks

If you have the money and you don't really do much mudding, then I would go for the 14x7 rims. The 14x7 rims will increase the stability of the ATV on the trail.

Now for tires...hmmm...
Well, this part is always the hardest decision to make on any ATV, well, it is for me anyway. ITP Mudlite XTRs I hear are good (radial tires), Carlisle XLR tires are good (radials), Maxxis Bighorns (radial), ITP Terracross (radial...and my favorite), and thos are all the really good ones I can think of. I'm sure there's others but hopefully someone else will list them.

And I see that you are new to the forum!! WELCOME TO ATVCONNECTION!!!!!!!

get your self a set of the Goodyear Rawhide M/TR's they are nice radial nice tread wear not real heavy lugged for deep mud but they'll get yea threw the unavoible puddles your bound to find trail riding. . . they come in 12's and 14's. . .
