Default Front Scrambler Struts Need Polaris TECH Help

Hey, If I got a pair of the sachs struts from a 2000 and up scrambler,
I hear the housing on the mac strut is a little too small...
is that ALL thats keeping the new struts out of my 96 scrambler?

I Have a guy who can bore this out for me if thats the case...

I need new struts on my scrambler, old ones are too harsh,

What are my options on getting new model struts on my scrambler ?

If i replace the whole assembly, will it bolt up to my old hubs?

Do I need springs also if i were to bore out the housing?

Was also thinking about the kimpex pro gold or bay city supply (which look just like the kimpex)

Honestly I WANT works, but its twice the money... 150 shipped kimpex, 300 unshipped for works

I dunno, I havent really looked at it, I think its less than a half inch diameter, i bet theres enough metal.

Check hpd-inc.com

my bad they dont, but they have some cool stuff anyway

If you get an exhaust with a head pipe also, I think its going to perform as good as any other system

just Jet and open the air box along with the pipe and youll be flying

you might as well buy the newer style strut housings and struts/springs to match. they are all over ebay. wether they are new or not, they will be a big improvement over your short travel 96 stockers. and yes they will bolt in.

didnt you already post about this? i am having deja vu.
