#1
I am having a probelm getting my brothers 01 Raptor 660 running. 2 weeks ago we were out hitting the trail with no problem what so ever. On the way back to we stop to see on the map were we where. once we got are figured are way back the raptor didnt start like normal. My brother held the start button and got it started and made it back to are trailer. but once we got thier we couldnt get it started. Went home and the next day he tried to start it and nothing. He turned on my quad and hooked up some jumper cables from mine to his and tried to start it. He got it started. He let it run for a bit and turned it off. He started it and all that happen was " click click click click click" i am not sure where to start looking it has a brand new batterie in it. I am guess maybe the starter relay or starter but i am not sure. has anyone had this probelm or give me some advice. I really dont wanna take to a shop for something i can figued with a help.

1) Mke sure your battery connections are tight
2) If you have a volt meter, see how many volts you have at the battery
3) If you have 12-13, put your volt meter on the post or wire at the starter and hit the starter button. If you have 12-13 volts with the button engaged, your starter may be worn.
4) If the voltage is less, check the relay
