hey all when i get up to higher revs i get a sudden loss of power. the engine is fine but the clutch drive is slipping?? is this maybe a worn belt or something in the gearbox? anyhelp is appreciated

Sounds like a belt/clutch issue, not gearbox. Take the cover off of it and take a DRY spin to see what's happening. If you have slippage, where is it coming from (drive clutch? driven clutch? both?) Could be a bad belt, could be ramp buttons in secondary. worst case bad springs in primary.

will do, all i have done so far is have a good clean in there and run the revs up without a belt to see if the clutch in the front is operating properly it looks ok but will try your suggestion soon, thanksfor the reply.
