I just got a rebuild kit for the carb on my 85 Honda TRX 250. I checked the kit and it is for my application. My issue at the moment is there are only 2 or 3 parts in the kit other than gaskets that I can find on the carb. There is also a washer and spring along with other parts that I have yet to locate. Does anyone have any pic from a manual or something showing the breakdown of this carb? Also, any tips during rebuild?

Hello I am also rebuilding one and I have several parts left over, a spring, a brass screw, and a couple of seals. Are they for a different design or did I miss somthing?

Ok I looked though the parts I have left I have a spring the brass screw a o-ring a seal and a small washer.

this is a 1987 250x carb its the same as a 2008 300ex carb (juist to show when honda finds a good dezighn they stick with it ......the CA models are slightly different but still have interchangible parts
