thats interesting. There is a guy here in town that has something like that. I see it in the back of his truck occasionally. I always figured it was some sort of mod. But it's deffinanlty a 2-stroke engine with I'm assuming 400ex frame, has 400ex plastics anyway.

Find a old CR 500 and swap that engine in. That would be a beast.

 

a cr 500 would be sick....or maby a cbr 600...lol ....and the 250r is a bad *** motor,and im a honda fan all the way ,but the quote saying its the most powerfull quad motor ???I think the banchee would take that prize in the 2 stroke division

 

I have a 99 CR500, I can't imagine taking that bike apart. I have a full Pro Circuit pipe setup and lots of other goodies. I have been clocked by radar in the dry lake beds outside of San Felipe, Baja Mexico at 113mph. A stock CR500 motor puts out in the neighborhood of 62 hp at about 250 lbs.

It has been done many times the only issue is that cr500 engine is not counter balanced and so it would probably vibrate your frame apart.If you want a 500 two stroke find an old zilla.
