I am buying a 06 new leftover at a dealer for $3300. Seems like a real good deal. Dealer claims it is just over $1000 under their cost, but need to move it. Seem like a good deal?

Also, where to begin looking for some parts; possible exhaust, nerf bars, etc. Also what is a good pipe that is not too loud, but may add some performance benefit or is all the slip-ons just for noise?

As far as exhaust goes, Slip-Ons not only add noise but help increase performance greatly. My FMF Powercore Four isn't terribly loud with the packing in it.
