Jetting
#1
I installed a Pro-Design Intake with the PD two stage foam filter a few weeks ago. My question is do I need to increase the jet sizes? I am running 250 mains and not sure what size pilots. The banshee has mild porting, bored .50 over, and boyesen reeds. I do not have pipes yet, hopefully this spring. Any suggestions on which jet sizes to run?
Also, does anyone have any experience with the urethane a-arm bushings? (I know that urethane bushings work great on performance cars.)
Thanks!

What pistons are you running for .50 over? I went one size up on the bore and it was .60 (wiseco) over...Just wondering.
but to answer your question about jetting. It depends...You did not mention if you were going to take off the air lid or snorkle. If you do take the lid off...You can expect to go up on your main jet. Run it and check the plug first...But I had to go up on the main.
You are going to see the most difference when you get some pipes though.

Sorry, I had made a typo. The bike is bored .60 over with Wiseco pistons.
When I first installed the filter, I started the bike and the engine seemed to pull a lot of air. I modified the air box lid to fit over the filter and ran the bike with it on. The bike ran really well, but I'm sure there is room for improvement. I will check the plugs and see if they are tan in color. Thanks!
