WHICH ONE TO BUY

I go ridin wit my buddies every now and then and i am finaly breking down and going to buy my own..... I like the HONDA 450r but i would like to know some of your oppinions on which you like and the pro's and con's of that model.... your help will be appreciated....

If you can give us some idea as to the terrain/riding ability that you will be riding we can help narrow it down and get the correct quad that fits your needs!

The 450's like to rev (all of them, not just the Honda), so they don't like to be ridden slow. This means that they aren't the greatest tight trail quads. I only ride my 450 out in the open desert. If I am doing a tight trail, I take the 400EX or a Rancher.
The R is screaming fast and corners like it is on rails! Relatively light, great suspension (when properly tuned), and great handling!!! The Honda is the king of desert endurance racing....this machine can go the distance!
All the "thumper" engines tolerate a lot of compression blow by. This means that the oil gets contaminated with fuel quickly, so they all need frequent oil changes! Never hurts to adjust the valves either...
