I have found a banshee that is street legal in the state of georgia. I have heard that they can be made legal in indiana. My question is if I buy the one in georgia do you think I could still use it in indiana. I don't know anything on this topic so I am just looking for a little help., Thanks!

 

You'll have to find out what is legal in your state. I would guess that it might be easier to buy something in the state your in and add what is necessary to make it street legal. I know that in Missouri, you can get them legalized by adding a horn, mirrors, radial tires, flags and slow moving vehicle signs, and probably something I'm missing, but it can be done. I just dont think its going to be easy for you to go out of state to get what your after. Good luck, and if you do get a street legal quad, expect the police to be on your *** for a while.
