350.00 for the EPI oversized tires clutch kit. parts and labor

Does this sound fair?

350 for mounting and installing the tires and installing and adjusting the clutch? does that include the purchasing of any of these items?

yhea its about a 2 -4 hour job. I would say worth about 150.00 plus the 200 for parts. Sounds about right to me.
