Default Moto 4s

Does anyone know, at what engine size, did Yamaha switch the the moto 4 over to a chain drive. I am looking to beef up my 200cc Moto 4, but I'd like to go to about 300cc. I just don't know if the 300 is a chain drive or shaft drive. Thanks.

I may be out of the loop, but I've never heard of a moto 4 300. I've only seen the 200's and 250's. All the utility-style moto 4's (not the Warrior) I've ever seen were shaft drive.

I think the moto 4s also came in 350s

Moto 4 came in 200, 225, and 350. I'm pretty certain they were all shaft driven.
