THEY SELL ALL K&N OIL AND AIR FILTERS AT ADVANCE AUTO PARTS ADVANCE AND AUTOZONE ALSO STOCKS ATV AND MOTORCYCLE OIL MADE BY VALVOLINE DONT USE REGULAR CAR OIL IT HAS ANTI FRICTION ADJENTS IN IT AND WILL MAKE THE CLUTCH SLIP A WEE BIT

K&N --- K&SchemN..

Stick with Yamaha-Lube oil for your machine... don't bother with a K&N filter... don't buy into the HYPE... Yamaha OEM filters work fine and like the other poster said.. you can find cross-reference for Yamaha OEM filters to an Automotive filter and you will save yourself about $5-$6 per filter... but personally I run Yamaha-lube and Yamaha OEM filters.. I mean every 500 miles you change it... that is about once a season for me... so I am OK with the $13 dollar price for an OEM filter..
