Default '95-01 Magnum

Can anyone tell me if a '95-01 Magnum is what is called a generation II body style.
My main question is, do these model years Magnum have plastic or metal front and rear racks.
Thanks for any one that may have had one or has one.
I am trying to cross reference rack extensions for a '95 Explorer. I'm hoping a Magnum rack is the same as an Explorer rack.

The 99 and up are plastic racks for the magnums. 95 to 98 was steel racks. I assume your explorer has plastic racks.

That's right. It has plastic racks.
I have part numbers for the rack extentions I'm looking at. Any idea where I might find a chart to see if they will fit my explorer?

I went under polaris' website and looked at rack extenders and it seems they only go back to 1996 in the fit charts for the explorer...Here is the link, then click fit chart on that page....... http://www.purepolaris.com/Det...369(PolarisPGACatalog) I guess i depends if a 1996 and 1995 have the same racks on them? WEll this is all i know, not sure if this helps much.

That helped Thanks,
It looks like it will work. I'm trying to get my father inlaw set up with a few less bungy cords holding his gear. I found some new old stock on ebay for front and rear rack extentions.
Thanks again.
