Default jetting question

First time posting here. I have a Foreman 450 with a snorkel and aftermarket pipe. iv had problems with it choking out at idol and at 1/8 throttel. I pulled the carb apart the other day and its been rejetted, smalled than stock. Stock jett is a .130 and mine has a .122. I know the jetting is way off but could this be causing my low-end choking problem?

any input would be great!

The pilot jet is stock, and i tried adjusting the pilot jet both in and out, it only made it worce. it runs and idols better with the choke on. woudnt that mean i should put a LARGER pilot jet in?

for anyone who cares, it was a pilot jet problem. i removed the pilot jet and it was gunkey. cleaned it real well with carb cleaner and adjusted it OUT about one turn more than stock. fore anyone with a low end problem check your pilot

All of the jets with the Keihin carb are as follows with the throttle position it controls; idle mixture screw(jet)--0-1/8 throttle, pilot jet--1/8-1/4 throttle, needle jet(the one from Dynojet that you can adjust the clip position on)--1/4-3/4 throttle, main jet--3/4-full throttle. The starter jet is just for the choke circuit.
