Mini Deluxe 100 Won't Start

I have a 2006 Mini Deluxe 100 that won't start. It has plenty of spark and fuel. All it will do is crank over but not fire. Any thoughts on what else to look at?

I would check the valves, they should be set at .004 exhaust & intake.
