Plse read post. "Hole in the differential".

Both of you guys have posted photos of your midsize Po's up to the tank in water.
Did you ever fill the front diff or contaminate the oil in the front diff? What do you know of this vent?

if the vent is located correclty, it should be up around the handle bars. ive not had any water in the front end of my bikes, because ive never had it over the gas tank in water.

I read your post HIGHOCTANE and thats what prompted this thread. Both of those riders have beeen up to their butts in water and if they experienced no problems that makes your post look like a correct assement of the situation.

Stendori, did you see the hole/vent on wifey's 400?

I think you are mistaken, ncriderforks posted about the check valve, read my response to that...

I am mistaken, sorry about that. Would like to beleive it isn't an unplugged hole.
