Default antifreeze leakn prob..please help

I had a leak from my radiator drain fitting (at the bottom) on my Sport 400. For whatever reason, the brass cracked. I drained the coolant and found a replacement at Lowes (Of all places!). It was the exact same design, size and threads. No problems since.
