Default Something Siezed on Alphasport 90

Here we go again..Got the bike running great after top end and new reeds (which were a pain to figure out why it broke the first time). Went out this past weekend and slowly broke it in. Idle varying rpms 5 mins 4 times cooling after each cycle, 1/4 thottle 5 mins 2 times coolling in between and so on. By the 3 tank of gas and second day we can go full throttle no problems bike ran great. Return from final run in the day and park. Go to load and something froze. Im pissed thinking its the motor. Pulled it today and the top end is fine. The brake is not siezed so what else did I break now??? Please help, cause once im done with fixing, gonna sell and have my son step up to a blaster.

Does the machine push? Maybe a broke gear in the gearbox.
Rear clutch?

I looked in my crystal ball. I sen a future post by JBL reading::
I thought I got rid of my troubles when I got rid of the alpha. Now I bought a blaster and the wrenches are still flying. I'm sick of this chit!...

300ex dude. I'd rather ride my 300 instead of my 250R for general riding. A virtual trouble free machine.

too funny Lt!! I need to get this sucker running first!! My older boys blaster is running like a champ for 2 years now and no problems!!! Honestly the alpha was running great until I was told to check the reeds and once I replaced it, it was running great. But a 300ex is too big for a 10 year old!! Well MY ten year old anyways, and he does not want to shift yet. Anyways, long story short, I started breaking everything down and whatever froze, its unfroze! Yup pulled chain/drivebelt everything rotated freely and I gambled and it fired right up? Go freakin figure cause I cant! But your crystal ball is seeing something and its that I still have problems with jettting! and Im looking for a blaster or Honda 250! New post coming soon!
