Default Atv forums but quick XR question.

I'm getting ready to sell my old bike finally. It's making a ticking noise.. Not sure if it just needs a valve adjustment or maybe a new timing chain? I'm not all that familiar with the engines yet since i've never had to crack this one apart. Xr's seem indestructable. I actually know someone who tried to blow one and couldn't.

Here's a video of the sound

Thanks.. It worked but I snapped the damn bolt. I wasn't even putting it on that tight. I was using about half strength... I guess the metal weakened some over the years. Not sure how I'm gonna fix it now.
