yea theres gotta be a bad ground somewhere or a messed up connection, this is when u have to carefully analyze every inch of ur wiring harness 4 frayed, stripped, corroded wires.

i have done every thing possible i have checked the pick up coil the pulse coil all the wires the stator changed cdi's and rectifiers still no voltage ,well 0.023 volts to the orange wire going to the coil !!! has any one fixed this problem before .. i see the same thing from every one say no spark what is up with the warrior and that damn orange wire

If you have replaced all the components and can confirm they are all functioning then it is the wiring harness or a bad ground, hands down, no questions asked. I had the same problem but it was my CDI box that got fried due to a bad ground. You need to check all your grounds, every connection, pull them all apart and clean them, look down the harness for ANY split or worn wires, and so on.

what grounds should i check first. batt has good ground, i got ground to cdi ,, the parking brake safty is bypassed (not coneccted ) the reverse is working ,the clutch safty is bypassed (its connecteg) nutreal is working .. kill switch works ..
well one cdi makes it work, one it turns over in the off and run position (whats up with that )the srp high rev box is the one that does that thou .. factory dont ..
should i put it in the shop

Uh, anywhere the harness has ground wires would be a good place to check. Main ground should run to the engine case.

check your on off switch, take it apart and take the red switch out and everything else and there should be two little pieves of metal, take some sandpaper and clean it up real good, also check your main key switch assembly for any bent or messed up prongs inside the connector, and u say you have a new igntion coil? and sparkplug boot?

If he isn't getting pulse to the coil the boot doesn't really matter. As for the on/off, mine only works as an on (either position), and has been that way for over a year now, regardless of how well I clean it...so as long as it will turn over that isn't the problem

im gonna take the wire harness out and order a new one .... i dont know what else to do ! but i have checked it pretty well and dont think it is the problem..
