timing chain on 86 honda 200x

HELP....i cant figure out why the timing chain wont come off.i unscrewed the tensioner screw,and it's not releasing the tension.any help,or ideas????

Did you remove the 2 bolts and remove the tensioner ..

it's apart.finally.and yep it needs rings,and the cyl.walls redone.
