honda2001 fourtrax3504x4

I took it out of the garage the other day and went up the road and it was reving and not picking up speed at all, was like the shaft was slipping or something. it would go to 50km and not any faster just reving. im hoping it was just the extreme cold where having. ill try it again when I get home....

its definetly your clutch.try adjusting it or the fiber plates may be shot

darn, adjust the clutch? like increase/decrease. its only like 3 months old

Take it back to the dealer and demand to it be adjusted at no charge. It should be covered being that your quad is brand new. I would think that they would want you to be a satisfied customer and make the adjustments without any hassles.

heck with that it only takes 30 seconds a flat screwdriver and a wrench

I'd let the dealer do it incase problems arise in the future.

If it is still under warranty DEFINATELY have the dealer adjust it. You might ask to watch so you will know how it is done next time...
