Hi I am looking for some direction on where to begin...I have a 02 sportsman 500 and when i start it up and let it run the lights will begin to blink. I replaced the switch on the handlebars. That seemed to work until I took it out and rode it hard on the traiils. Now its back to blinking. Where or what should i try next. thank you for your help.

 

Take the top off the headlight pod and the front rack off and the cover under the rack off and start searching for loose connections or bad spots in wires.
