my yam. dealer is seems high on everything

an oil filter was 17 bucks for my 400 ?

 

I get my oil filters from Pep Boys for about 6 bucks.

You may want to see if you can get them to cross reference one, or they may even have it listed. (any parts store for that matter)

As for diagrams, you can try Ronnies and I'm sure there are others here who can give you other links as well

 

i didnt think i small spin on type was 17 bucks untill i looked at the receipt a week later, it going to be expenseive to change the oil like i do.

 

is 443 bucksd to much to spend on my grizzly?

need rear brakes drum.shoes,backing plate seal. high dollar parts there

other minor stuff like fuel float assy,odo cable,some misc screws etc.

he was asking 2500 for it then 2200. i got it for 2000.
so i would have 2500 in it . it say 2970 miles on the odo before the cable broke, i think the head and jug has been off of it , and the case has been spilt once. or do they have clear silicone from the dealer?

p/s do i really need rear brakes ??? can someone maybe point me to some used e bay rear brake parts possibly? im not good at keying in words.that take me there.thanks

here is the link for your brakes and what you have to do with the Yamaha dealer is make sure they dig through the back and there is always a four dollar filter, they tried selling my dad a filter for his WR250 for 20 bucks and he asked if they were retarded and sent them to the back and they miraculously found a four dollar filter.
