China 110 ATV getting too hot???
#1
HI,
I have a new china 110 atv. I've put about 10 hours on engine, done 3 oil changes, paid very close attention to brake in procedures. It runs well, has good fuel mixture, but after about 30 minutes of easy mid-range cruising down the road the entire case is too hot to hold my hand on for more than 2 seconds. I just want the peace of mind that I can ride difficult trails for an hour without any problems-has anyone had one of these honda-clone engines overheat/seize?
Thanks!

I wouldnt sweat it getting hot. None of my Chinese or Honda air cooled thumpers run cool enough to touch. My XL600 could roast a turkey next to it when Im running it on the freeway.
