too much OIL make it smoke???

i put in to much oil in my 250ex today..would that cause it to smoke???thanks?

yeah...ride the **** out of it...hit the throttle limiter and run it hard fora while...u burn oil faster that way.

The excess should blow out the breather (that slot below the air filter), and into the air filter and then get sucked into the engine and burned, so yes it can make it smoke........but, be real careful, because you can blow seals with to much oil! Best to just drain the excess out!
