what is tha best sport atv out there as far as trail ridin, jumping, and opening them up against others and also which can take tha most abuse as well??? i hang around a lot of 4wheeler riders and they all have different opinions. so which is pretty much all around tha BEST.

 

Raptor 700,though I've never liked raptor ergonomics.

 

from what i have researched and read , a honda is the longest lasting and most dependable, so i would say a Honda 450r

 

go for an outlaw 525s. fast, come with razrs and fox shocks and their only 7199 or somewhere around there. if money wasnt a thing than i would get a KTM but they are 8000 and up. for the price it cant be beat IMO.

 

The KTM is the king of the Hill, even though Raptor owners can't admit it. In stock form the KTM 525 will walk on the 700.

 

thanks guys, but dano_turner my buddy has got a 450r and they suck in tha trails cause they dont have reverse and no electric start, but i do like hondas.

The 450ER does have electric start. The 450R is the kick start version.

 

the 400ex is usually a good bike , but the z 400 will eat it n a race , 450s r a higher rev motor (thats what im hopin to get soon) ,round here the 450 ktms start @ 9000 & the 525 is 10,000 ,ive not had the chance to ride a 700 raptor yet but alot of people like them on here , guess we could give more input if u had a certain class n mind

 

The Raptor is definitely a solid machine. With a few simple mods it could out run the KTM but to get the same kind of handling that the KTM has you would spend a lot of money.

In stock form it is hands down the KTM525.

 

It all depends on your riding conditions.For desert the honda 450r is king,for run of the mill trails the raptor is king,for rutted out crappy trails the outlaw irs is king.As a pure throughbreed racer the new ktm sx is king.
