Default honda trx 400

mite seem a silly question but i have a honda trx 400 ex but it is and usa import
does enyone know if the timming mark are the same, because i have rang honda
and they are telling me they are ??????? [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-confused.gif[/img]

well my bike is from the usa and the timming marks a gott for it were from the uk ,,

i dunt think there is en difrence but i just thort i would ask

they should be right on the cam gear and then either on the side or on the top lip of the flywheel...

i had to pull the side cover for mine... cause the timing mark was not on the edge of the flywheel like the honda manual showed.

but just line everything up. make sure your valve clearances are good

should be the same...make sure top dead center after taking the cover off the side..start there and see how it works
