I finally have some time to put this thing back together. One size up on piston,.025 shaved head, clutches to 180 grams, 6 stock rollers. I've heard 2base gaskets and no head gasket, idk. Will i need to change plug ,jetting,or fuel mix? I have 2 of the big springs behind the clutch, one is about 1/2 in taller than the other, which would i use? I was also wondering if i should replace the friction plates. Any advice would be appreciated as i am well known for having to do everything twice!!!lol

1 base and 1 head gasket IMO. You don't have to use the head gasket but little is to be achieved.
The 2 base gasket thing must be to raise the exhaust port. The .018 raise will do nothing except reduce compression.
Go to a 90 main jet.
"IF" you have removed the injector pump drive from the end of the crankshaft, then run 32:1.
The friction plates are prolly fine.
Use the taller spring.

Check the rollers/variator/roller plate for flat spots/gouges. Check the rear clutch bearings. Lightly scuff the rear clutch shoe pads/front clutch faces to break the glaze (lil circular motions).
This is the time to remove the lil black plastic pump drive off the end of the crank if you want to run pre-mix.
115 inch pounds on the head nuts.
That should do it.
