Default 2003 500 Rubicon shifting problems.. HELP!!

Ok, herew's what I have: 2003 Honda 500 Rubicon with electric shift.
The problem is when in D1, D2, or esp, whenever I put it in reverse the display will just flash. It doesn't flash a code it just flashes consistantly, I've tried the resets as described in other posts and nothing works. If I turn the key off and on it will stop flashing until I put it back in reverse. If I try to drive it in reverse it misses really bad. I would be greatfull for any info...... Things I've allready done: check "motor lock-up" and it was locked up and I freed it, "30 amp MOTOR" fuse was blown and I replaced it, took apart all electrical conn. and cleaned and put in dielectric grease.... Thanks in advance for any help...

Silly noid. . .
when in reveres dose the motor Skip ? ? ?
Kinda like its studdering ? ? ?
if so its the ECU or ECM or COMP. . .

other wise get it rooling forward about 5-7mph and throw the sub trans into Reverse. . .
Should free it up make it work ... I know what your thinking i thought it Too but i let a Honda tech do it to a Rancher A/T by Gosh if started working again and hasn't had an issue for 5,000 more mile machines up to 7,200 mile as of now. . .

Ok then your looking at worste case a Bad computer but i'm guessing its a short check the wiring over. . .

There should be to round cylinder liiking Devices on your moter case. . .tap them slightly a few times possibly remove them make sure they nice and clean in side. . .
thats were i would start tracing wires. . .

here we go, old camera phone video off my old nokia 3200 back in 2002, again this turned out to be the right handbrake switch stuck closed. as i remember it took a phillips screwdriver and 1 minute to resolve once i figured the problem out:
