Default Awesome Grizzly 700 Bumper

First off- to answer everyone's question, I spoke with the owner of SuperATV.com and these bumpers are not OEM Canadian, these are SuperATV brand. I have not seen the Canadian ones, but I cannot imagine they could possibly be built any better. These bumpers are top notch high quality all around; fasteners, welds, the black wrinkle powder coat and packaging.

Each bumper came in its own box, branded with SuperATV.com on the side. I could not wait for the end of the day to come so I can but these bad boys on my Grizzly. One box had a hole in the side when it arrived but the bubble wrap protected the bumper just fine. The bumpers were completely covered in bubble wrap. Colored instructions accompanied them along with nuts and bolts in zip lock baggies taped to the bubble wrap.

The directions were short and simple, very much like the installation process.

To install the front bumper you simply take off the two forward most bolts that hold your front rack on. Slide the tabs of the bumper under them, re install bolts hand tight. The two tabs on the bottom of the bumper sit on top of the 'crossbar' (see picture)

You install the two "U" brackets provided under the tabs and attach with the provided hardware, tighten everything and your done. It is a close tie on which took longer, taking the bubble wrap off the front bumper, or installing it. It probably only took 10 minutes. I will add that an extra set of hands for the "U" brackets did prove helpful, but it was not necessary.

Here it is installed, I am really impressed with the quality of this bumper, not only does it look awesome but is very heavy duty.

The rear bumper was also easy. You have two "C" brackets that hook onto the rear rack supports. Two nuts and bolts (each side) hold the "C" bracket in place. See picture below

I found it easy to hand tighten the bolts on the "C" brackets then attach the bumper to the "C" brackets tight. The bumper doesn't have adjustment, the "C" brackets on the supports do since they are only hand tight.

So by making the bumper stationary and affixed to the "C" brackets it makes it easier to square up the bumper by merely sliding the brackets to the desired position. Once you have it where you like it torque the bolts down so the bumper doesn't move when you lift the Grizzly up by it. An extra set of hands helps here as well to square up the bumper to the Grizzly and hold an open ended wrench as it is a little tight to get behind the bumper and in-between the rear plastics. The rear bumper installation took maybe 15 minutes.

The rear bumper is also heavy duty and looks great. I like the lines and angles of the bumper as it mimics and compliments the contours of the grizzly very well.

You should not have any problems installing both within 30 minutes.

I give these bumpers a 10/10, the value can not be beat nor can the quality. Installation could not be easier. Shipping also could not be better- I received them in 2 day's.

Time will tell on the durability, but I am anticipating they will hold up just fine!

SuperATV.com did an excellent job on these bumpers- order yourself a set HERE http://www.superatv.com/default.aspx today!

I sure wish these had been available a few months ago before I bought my Bison bumpers.

Love the rear bumper, but can't find it on the site? Do you have a part # for it?
