Of those listed the 400ex hands down, Though you should through in the 09 Z400 then that would be my choice [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img]

The Warrior/Raptor 350 handles poorly, so it isn't even worth considering!
The 300EX and 400EX are the primo trail quads. Both will lug down, and are great in the slow technical stuff. The 300 is enough smaller that it fits between the trees a little easier than the 400.
In open country, of course the 400 is faster. Plus, it has better suspension than the 300, so it has the edge there.
So, overall I would pick the 400EX as the best all-around quad!

It's a tie between the 300ex and the 400ex, I personaly like the 300ex, it's small size, and if you modify it, it can easily keep up with a modified 400ex. But the 400 has more parts out for it, and is more popular with racing.
