It's my first polaris but I like mine alot, the only bikes I've ridden with so far was a 700 King Quad, and an Arctic Cat 650 H1.Neither bike could even come close too the 850,but we'are comparing apples to oranges with those two.

To be honest , my stock 850 was dead even with a stock can am, but I dont think the 4x4 system or the suspension of the can am compares to the polaris

noticed maybe a slight acceleration increase. For gas mileage it seems like I fill up after each ride, I goose it around every turn though.

As for Can AM vs. Polaris ... here is a decent vid comparing their 4x4/AWD systems . http://www.youtube.com/watch?v...tcJaLE&feature=related
Im coming from a 3 wheel drive Honda which really makes a Polaris shine!
